About Nancy Rogers
Nancy, the charismatic captain of Seaweed Tours, dropped anchor in charming Lunenburg, NS back in the '70s, lured by her dad's sailor's tavern. What was meant to be a two-week stopover turned into a lifelong stay. In those early days behind the bar, she quickly became a connoisseur of the finest "yarns" spun by local fishermen, discovering that storytelling was the compass to understanding those around us.
Through these tales, Nancy unearthed a few pearls of wisdom about life in a coastal fishing community along the Atlantic Coast and the hardworking folks who inhabit it. These are the Maritime musings that Seaweed Tours now shares with all its shipmates. Whether it's Nancy at the helm or one of her handpicked deckhands, their mission remains unchanged: to offer you the finest treasures and stories on every voyage.
